Before we worked with SmartWash, our guests did as many washes as they wanted because it was free anyway. Every wet coat went into the dryer, so to speak. We now have much more control over this and that means we save costs. Guests receive free laundry coins, but if they want to wash more they need to pay for it. Which makes sense. In addition, fewer washing and drying cycles means that the machines last longer.
